 Our Rates - Packages - Policies

Our rates reflect a two night stay or more and include a hearty country breakfast. Please contact us for single night rates. Our rooms are $100.00* per night with shared bath and $140.00* per night with private bath, based on double occupancy, plus $20.00* for each additional person in same room. Reservations are confirmed with a $90/per room deposit.
*Rates do not include NH 9% rooms and meals tax.

All reservations are confirmed with a $90/per room deposit. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Personal Check are accepted.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
In the event a confirmed reservation must be cancelled or rescheduled, the following applies:
~ Cancellations received at least ten days prior to arrival date: the deposit is refunded (less a $25.00 administrative fee)
~ Cancellations received less than ten days prior to arrival date: deposits are non-refundable - but may be rescheduled for a later date**
